1. The app

BeeAssets is a personal asset-tracking tool. It helps you record what you own and shows aggregated market data for reference. It is not a brokerage, not a trading platform, not an investment advisor.

2. No investment advice

Quotes, charts, and analytics shown in BeeAssets are for informational purposes only. They are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Always do your own research and consult a licensed advisor before making financial decisions.

3. Data accuracy

Prices are aggregated from public sources (Yahoo, CoinGecko, Binance, eastmoney, frankfurter.app) and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You should not rely on BeeAssets for time-critical trading decisions.

4. Free and Pro plans

The free plan supports up to 5 holdings. Pro removes this limit and unlocks advanced analytics and encrypted backup. Pro is sold via Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple/Google handle all payments, refunds, and disputes; we are not the merchant of record.

5. Refunds

For refunds, contact Apple App Store or Google Play directly per their respective policies. EU users have 14 days statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the gateway (e.g. high-frequency scraping). Reasonable per-app rate limits apply at the network layer.

7. Liability

BeeAssets is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or service interruption.

8. Changes

These terms may change. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
