Common topics:
- How do I cancel my Pro subscription? Open Apple Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions.
- I lost my backup password — can you recover my data? No. Backup files are encrypted client-side; without the password the data is unrecoverable. Always keep a safe copy of your password.
- Why is my fund / commodity price not updating? Some sources are slower (T+1 for funds). Pull-to-refresh on the holdings list to force re-fetch.
- Is my data uploaded anywhere? No. See our Privacy Policy.
